3. Vehicle Ownership

4. Vehicle Removal

  • Vehicle is safe to remove

Additional fees may apply if the vehicle cannot be removed safely.

5. Payment Policy

Auto Wreck Australia will never request any payment before you speak directly with one of our authorised customer service representatives.

If you receive any payment request claiming to be from Auto Wreck Australia without speaking to our team first, please treat it as fraudulent and contact us immediately.

All payments are confirmed only after direct communication with our official customer service team.

6. Cancellations

Customers must notify us at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup if they wish to cancel or reschedule.

7. Liability

Auto Wreck Australia is not responsible for:

  • Personal items left in vehicles

  • Pre-existing damage to property

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or access issues

  • The vehicle is free from fines, tolls, or legal restrictions.

  • You remove all personal belongings before pickup.

  • You provide accurate vehicle details.

  • You provide safe access for the tow truck.

If the vehicle details are incorrect, the quote may change.
