At Auto Wreck Australia Pty Ltd, we aim to provide quality used auto parts and professional vehicle removal services. This Refund Policy outlines when a refund or exchange may be provided.

1. Used Auto Parts

Due to the nature of used auto parts, refunds are not automatically provided. However, refunds or exchanges may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The part supplied is significantly different from what was ordered.

  • The part is faulty or not working at the time of purchase.

  • The part is damaged prior to collection or delivery.

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect part ordered by the customer.

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation.

  • Electrical parts (unless proven faulty before installation).

  • Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged after purchase.

Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the part to request a refund or exchange.

2. Vehicle Removal & Cash for Cars

  • Once a vehicle has been removed and payment has been made, the transaction is final and no refund applies.

  • If a customer cancels after booking a tow truck and the driver has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or exchange, customers must:

  • Contact us within the required timeframe.

  • Provide proof of purchase.

  • Provide photos or evidence if the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Return the item to our yard (if required).

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after inspection and approval by our team.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Special order parts

  • Electrical components

  • Installed parts

  • Vehicles already collected and paid for

Auto Wreck Australia will never request any payment before you speak directly with our customer service team.
If you receive any payment request claiming to be from our company without speaking to us first, please contact us immediately as it may be a scam.
